Shipping & Returns
- In-stock items are sent out within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
- Regularly stocked items that need to be restocked can take longer.
- Items that are made to order can take 2-4 weeks for delivery and will be indicated in the item listing (if you need the item sooner please contact us and we will see what we can do).
- You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
- Please choose your preferred shipping method at the time of check out.
- Please note that all shipping times are estimated and are counted in business days (excludes weekends). Once a package leaves our hands it is literally out of our hands. If you need an item by a certain date which is close to your order date please choose an expedited or express service.
- STANDARD SHIPPING - if you choose this method of shipping please note that your package will have no tracking number and no insurance. If the item does not arrive or is lost or damaged we will NOT REFUND or RESEND.
- If an item is unclaimed at the point of delivery and sent back to us we will either refund you for your order minus shipping costs or resend it at your request with additional shipping charges.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to the address provided. Refunds for your order cannot be made due to this so please double check your information. You can leave a note for a different shipping address but please make sure you get an email confirmation within two business days. If you do not receive a confirmation it means we may not have received your note, so please send us an email.
- All items being shipped are insured. For returned pieces, insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
- If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office. The item will need to be photographed in order to make the claim.
- For Expedited/Express or Couriered items that are lost or arrive damaged please report to us immediately (with photo documentation if applicable) so we can make a claim with the appropriate carrier.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewellery! If you are not happy with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund or exchange minus the shipping charges. Items must be in the mail and enroute back to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must not have been worn and must be in the condition they were when they arrived. Refunds and/or exchanged items will be issued only once merchandise has successfully been returned.
Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. We cannot issue refunds for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. Delivery charges for exchanged items will be your responsibility.
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items, custom orders or gift certificate purchases.
